Actually started my diet on the 1st of January (truly not a new years resolution, just happened to be when I looked at the scale and said "uh-oh"). My husband and I are going at this together. I started at 141 lbs and am now at 135 lbs. We hope this site will help us track our carb and calorie intake a little more precisely. I've never been on a diet before, I've always been able to eat what I want and not see any repercussions. Now that the hustle and bustle of college is over and a real life job is kicking in, my life is a little more sedentary. A healthier diet and some exercise are now needed I suppose.
