okay day four of this diet goes into motion.. only 6 more days to go before I move into the second phase... but I giggle really 6.2 lbs lost in three days.. yeah.. water weight I am sure.. but that is the lowest I have seen my weight in 5 years so whatever...

No Karina if you are reading this I promise this diet won't kill me.. it is all LEAN protein for 10 days and then it goes to protein/veggies ... which the weight loss then slows to only 2 lbs a week which is WAY more reasonable..

Also this thing requires you work out 30 minutes a day and drink 1.5 liters of water minimum.. .. Now okay I have not actually GONE to the gym yet.. but I have done my 30 minutes on the total gym each day.. :-)

I HAVE to get over the hurdle and get to the gym at least once this week.. once I do it I won't be so intimidated..

new goal by Mazatlan : 4/22: 20 lbs... I mean my overall goal is 50lbs for the short term but that is a reasonable amount until vacation. Okay okay I should lose 120 lbs.. but well we all know that is just not going to happen.. there is no way I can be 175.. just not reasonable...

I am reading it, and protein for 2 weeks won't kill you. Protein with no carbs forever, will. So as long as you don't end up in ketonic shock (which you'll notice), you're good. This from the girl who ate brownies for breakfast and then ran 4 miles. psshhhhh I think your goals are awesome. :)
