Today my dpwnfall was fresh sourdough bread! I only get it when I've bought 15 regular loaves of bread and I get one free. So I splurged a little. And now it goes in the freezer!

I hear you! All my bread products are in the freezer. And I cut all bagels in half through the middle and up and down before I freeze them so I get better portions and don't have to eat a full one each time I might want one! LOL
