Five and 1/2 weeks with no chocolate bars. Sometimes just a square of dark chocolate, which I hate. Eating a lot of digestive biscuits with marg to satisfy my sweet tooth when I'm craving my chunky kitkat. I have 5 pkgs of 4 chunky kitkat in the pantry & I know if I have one, I'll eat them all.

Saw the nurse this past Wednesday for my 3 month sugar & cholesterol checkup. My sugars have dropped to 5.9 from 6.2 which is in the acceptable range & my cholesterol has dropped by almost half. Dr & nurse very pleased with me. My pulse is still high but from the ultrasound of my heart done at the end of January, my heart is in excellent shape!
237.8 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 87.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 1.4 lb a week
