Hi all
Weight is up and down, but at least I am managing to stay under 69.

150.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb. Still to go: 7.5 lb. Diet followed N/A.

gaining 0.2 lb a week

69 seems to be the magic number for me too. I fluctuate between 68 and 69 kg. Glad to know I'm not the only one. :)
