Keeping off the 25 pounds I had gained after the hospital in June of 2016. Weight is staying steady. I can't exercise, but I am moving more. 1800 substainable carb diet
181.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
