Feeling very down today. If there was junk in the house, I'm sure I would scarf it right down without a thought. Or if I went out, I would spend all my cash at McDonald's. This just makes me more anxious -- I was going to go to the post office and the library, but I honestly don't trust myself.

Have a nice big salad for lunch... treat yourself to a little cheese on it or avacado, something tasty, but still not bad for you... then, arm yourself with a bottle of water and a pack of gum and go out to the library... your treat will be a good read and some time out of the house! You can do it!
