I had to cut dried fruit outta my routine. I LOVE dried dates, prunes, raisins, and apricots. However, now knowing I have a digestive disease that can cause diabetes AND my physical self pains with Sugar... my Love of fruit is now limited to a few days in the week of having Blackberries (5) added to my Plain, non-sweetened Whole milk Yogurt. 🙃
