I started a Keto diet last night. Wish me luck!

For dinner:
.5lb burger patty cooked in butter with a slice of provolone cheese
.5 cup baby arugula under the patty
side of sauteed baby portabella mushrooms, red onion, and small amount of bacon
water to drink

no snacks after dinner
