Today is my first day of my weight loss journey. My personal trainer Stephen recommended this site, so I decided to give a shot. Today, I had a 6am work out, and considering I need to loose 110 pounds, I felt really good doing it. It was a huge boost in my confidence. I will continue to hit the gym Monday through Friday for light cardio, and weights 3 days a week with my trainer. Feel free to message me
Todays workout Dynamic stretching -ham steching -knee kicks -ninja kicks -hip kicks -prison walk
Weight resistance -row machine, followed up with ball slam to keep heart rate elevated -leg press, followed up with ball slam to keep heart rate elevated
tomorrow I will do light cardio on the elliptical for 30 minutes to help promote apoc
