I have been doing a very bad job keeping on top of my food journal but I have not been bad a sticking to my actual diet and have managed to lose some weight
171.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
