First day of seven days off and a really busy day. Prepared a beef stew in the slow cooker using up all the veg this morning. Took out the dogs in this really windy weather for over an hour, I know completely bonkers! Then met up with a friend for coffee and a cake, i had never tried one of these before and to be honest it was very sweet and a bit sickly. But i still ate it to be sociable lol. I have almost kept within my daily allowance as it's weigh in day tomorrow. Well I am really looking forward to my dinner as it smells very nice when you walk in the kitchen.
