Stopped the 28 diet on the 26th of January. Only started again on Monday (20th). I've picked up 2.2kg in Feb - ate like in the 'old days' so it's my own fault - didn't maintain...

Well as I said, I'm back on the 28-day diet to get rid of the last 10kgs.

Today is Round 3 Day 4 - I've lost 1.9kg since Monday. I weighed 76.9 when I started.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Lindi, keep in mind that when one loses weight by following a certain way of eating, the weight will come back when one stops that way of eating. Trying to lose 10kg in 28 days is extreme.

That I know for sure :-) Hopefully i'll lose the 10kg in 2 month s time. I know this is quite quick, and the quicker the loss the quicker it comes back. But that's why I need to maintain the eating plan when not following the diet itself. This includes mild exercise, portion control, water intake and sugar intake. Hopefully I'll be able to maintain the second time around :-) Thanks for the input
