Finally back!!
Had some company for the past two weeks and couldn't get online like I wanted to.
I didn't stay 100% on my program but I can say that I was aware of what I was eating and adjusted throughout the day that I stayed the same weight. So I am definitely proud of that!
But I am ready to take it to the next level, which is more weight loss. :-)
I'll be going in to surgery on the 3rd of March so once again, I'll probably be offline again. Really depends on how I feel though. It apparently takes 4 to 6 weeks to recover but everyone is different so hopefully it won't take me as long. :-)My guess is that I probably won't want to eat much during this time but we shall see.
But the way I see it, I have two weeks to do my best at this program so that is what I'm going to do.
