I just looked at my weight history more carefully. Wow- from May, 2010 to May, 2011, I gained 21 pounds. How can that have happened? How could I let that happen? Seeing the numbers like that makes me more motivated to get this off (again) and really keep it off this time. I can't keep doing this to myself. And never mind the expense of it all. I was down 3.8 this week so that provides great motivation to keep going.
