Well the intermittent fasting seems to have worked really well overall Jocko. You've lost 19 lbs since the end of December, so you must have averaged about 3 lbs per week, and you've managed to keep in the "onezies", so you must be feeling pleased with yourself. It's obviously not sapping your energy if you're off doing things like dancing the tango.
