Lost 1.2 pounds this week. Onward and downward.
Sure seems slow, but I know its the healthy way to lose weight and not a crash diet that once its over will put the weight back on.

I have re-evaluated my birthday goal and pretty much have come to terms with the fact that I will not be under 200 by 12/7. So I will shoot for starting the New Year in the 100's. That seems to be a more doable goal - 9 weeks to lose 16 pounds.

I'm excited!!!
