I threw away my scale and stuck to my diet as strictly as I can. I forgave myself for the indulgences I still experience with food. Became kind and forgiving to myself. With all of that I lost the 6 pounds I struggled with and so much closer to reaching my goal weight. Don't give up and believe in yourself. But most of all be kind and love yourself. We are all worth it!
131.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Reynag90 that was BEAUTIFULLY said and I couldn't agree more. I live in a county that just declared it the Year of Compassion, and we need to start with ourselves!
