Finally starting to see a shift in size, but boy, this is slow goin' this time around. My focus really needs to be on the added exercise which I admit I have not done. I think that is the winning ticket along with not overeating after exercise. For me in the past it gives me a voracious appetite. One more hill to climb and another challenge in discipline. I think now that I've lost the weight I'll be better able to exercise w/o going off the deep end food wise. There's already so much more motivation having gotten so close to my goal.
126.3 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did not get a big shift in size before I did not loose weight for a week or so... ANd then suddenly, it felt like overnight, my jeans were falling down! But you are right, excersise can do miracles!
