I'm still backsliding a bit on the weekends, eating the wrong things and sitting around watching TV. I need more exercise, but I keep hoping the weather will get better so I can get outside.
On a positive note, I spent my first full week under 220 lbs!

219.8 lb Lost so far: 76.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
