I was supposed to go and swim this morning, but i didn't wake up until 5 minutes before i should have been there, cuz the kids were up almost every hour last night. But i will do my walk and bowflex today, i swear! I will be good, i will be good, i will be good this week. I so slacked last week. But i will do better. Last week i think i worked out 2 days. The exercise makes me a little friendlier, so i really should get as much as possible. (i'm not moody cuz of the diet, just cuz of nature)
