what i like about the GI diet is it is easy to fit around life. you can find food to eat pretty much everywhere you go.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 150.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Hi, I just started WW today, but I want to try to eat good carbs. I really don't know much about a lot of the things on the GI diet and good carbs. When I go to Subway for example, would their wheat sub roll be a good carb? Help, please.
