A very productive morning; woohoo, I feel good! Carmichael Time Trial training DVD completed - 50 minutes of a high intensity workout on the bike and then 10 minutes of medium to lower intensity. I really dreaded the workout knowing how hard it is but tried to reframe how I thought about it. Replaced my negative thoughts with "wow, this workout is going to get me towards my goal of being a stronger riders this summer." Cindy and I talked about doing some time trialing and maybe the senior games bike race (she'll be old enough this year!). How fun would that be??? Me, Cindy, and Mary Jean doing at least one of the senior games bike races together this summer????

The exercise and eating plan is helping me to be so much more organized in all areas of my life. I've been fuming about why the guy who refinished our hard wood floors on our main floor several years ago isn't giving me an answer on when he can come and do our floors upstairs. So right after my workout I started googling and found a different company. I asked several questions and asked for names and numbers of people he has worked for. I am very pleased with what I have found out about this business, high quality work and DEPENDABILITY! They are coming Feb. 1st - yeah! So this weekend I'll start to move some things from closets to the basement - 2 stories of steps - that should be a good workout!

I didn't get to go to Weight Watchers this morning. It's a 25 mile drive and it is foggy bordering on freezing temps - but I would say the morning was very productive!
