Hi Diary,

I'm now at a BMI of 25.50. That means I am 3.5kg away from that infamous overweight line.

I have not exercised a lot this week. I've been busy with other things, namely my little business on the side... I have to organise a party tonight and I hope it will be a successful one.

I have not been doing too well on the food side, however... but now that I have eaten all the sweets I had at home, I can no longer be tempted.

Gotta go now. I'm behind with my party planning.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
