I was doing good before the challenge started and decided I wanted to go to the pizza buffet for my bday on the 9th....not a good idea....gained 4 lbs on that trip....now back to square 1
175.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
