A little behind my buddies on here - I'm pretty much staying steady but definitely adding more fruits and veggies into my diet on a daily basis... In order to lose the weight I need to commit to working out again.
My plan moving forward is to write down my goals for workouts each week on here and log in daily to keep better tabs on progress (or lack thereof!)
The remainder of this week: I will be going for a two mile jog tonight and doing weights and an abs workout, tomorrow I plan to do a workout video, and Saturday I'll be headed to the gym in the morning to workout and swim.
