I have decided to give low carb a try one last time because I know that it works for me. I am going to stay between 20-50 carbs a day this time though and adding in more veggies and berries. We shall see how it goes.
197.2 lb Lost so far: 62.8 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
