Lost weight over the holidays on the high stress diet. Not eating much- not exercising at all! Want to keep this weight off though... It is a new year after all......
153.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
