That's it, I love my kids very much, but this Christmas cookie baking has got to stop. In October before cookies I weighed 146 4lbs from my goal weight, now I am up to 156. My husband and I are trying to finish them having 4 or 5 a night. I felt really bad last night and deceided not to die eating cookies. My physical in November went well with all my numbers where they should be. I would hate to see what my blood pressure and sugar #'s are today. No cookies tonight but did have a drink tonight with a friend, so I am getting real serious tomorrow. Packing up the rest and giving them to the neighbors. Wish me luck, I'm more interested in better health than a large weight loss.

Good luck -- and one thing we all have to learn is that it IS OKAY TO THROW FOOD AWAY -- especially food that isn't good for us!
