Well hello everyone, it has been quite sometime since I have been online. I will say that this journey has been a very very long journey, and it's OK. Sometimes you have to start all over and start all over and start all over. My journey has taken me through many different cycles many different life changes and most of all realizing what I really want and how I really want to lose weight. I really do love how far Ive come. It's like a couple of years but I have made progress and that is all that matters. I can actually look at myself and see that I have what it takes to be a healthy person and live a healthy lifestyle. I'm glad to be back on far secret so that I can finish my journey.
