Back again after pregnancy and stressful past 2 years. Haven't used the community before so hope this helps. 10 kgs to go. Eating well and exercising daily :)
133.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
