My day has been okay. I overate for dinner, but I'm still under my calorie limit, barely. But, I'm learning and growing though this experience. This site really helps me a lot because it keeps me in check throughout the day. That's why I have kelp coming back to it since 2010. I just realized I have been a member of this group for almost 7 years now and that's wonderful. This is the best one I have found and I have tried many sites. The ease of use and friendly people here is what keeps me coming back. That and also needing to get and remain healthy. My sugar levels was good again.

I got invited to a BBQ today since the weather here is so good for winter. I tried my best to stay in line and even had a salad :) As long as I'm still under or on my calorie limit I feel that I'm doing good. I hope you all had a wonderful day!
