i wonder if this weight below 190 for so long is related to my sugar being high from my cortizone injections.
I am eating more than usual, burning less calories then usual and losing weight. My sugar has been high...
I don't know but when i get my sugar down... I may balloon back up past 190!

185.0 lb
Lost so far: 27.0 lb.
Still to go: 5.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
