Whoo hoo! Eating right and exercise is slowly taking the weight back off. I can do this!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 166.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week

Fat Secret helped me eat the right amount of calories each day. Eventually the weight started coming off. Cut out wasted calories by not eating a lot of sweets. Replaced with healthful and nutricious calories
