Weight is the same as last week. Doesn't really tell the story tho. Pretty much had a 4 day binge Friday-Monday. I logged it. Most of it. I felt bloated all week. Angry at myself for the lack of progress. The "why" question came up on other journals this week and really made me think. Mindless, automatic, habit...all words that came up and apply to ME.

I am going to weigh every day this weekend and see if THAT inspires me to stay on the straight and narrow. Weekends do me in a lot, then I take the rest of the week to "make up" the damage. Tonight birthday dinner at Ohana's. One of those places that cooks in front of you. Pretty easy to stay on plan food wise but so much of it. Tomorrow mexican and a movie. Mexican will be fine. NO mindless popcorn eating. I have my plan, now the hard part---EXECUTE IT FOLLOW THRU!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 132.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Enjoy your weekend and do the best you can while dining out. Have you tried fasting at all? It helps me eat more at my meals. I tend to overeat.

Mom, I don't eat after 6 pm or so and not until at least noon the next day, except for my coffee and 1 tsp of coconut oil in the morning. I HAVE done about a 36 hour fast, and I thought I was gonna starve....and my mouth was sooo bored!

LMAO! I can totally relate to the mouth being bored. You are maintaining, so I wouldn't worry too much. Just keep adjusting during the week as you are doing.
