Going to write a quick journal entry tonight. My stomach is upset yet again, I ate raw bell peppers. It's not as upset as yesterday, so I'm hoping it just left over sickness lol. Anyways, my day has been busy and hectic, and I didn't eat like I should have. I did manage to get under my calorie intake for today, so at least I have that on my side. My sugar levels was good again. Although I was in the 100's today. But, still good.
