Simple, lost 5 lbs, feeling a bit better already, with 4,000 calories I lose 4 x a week, walking 6 hours on feet and more then 6 miles per 4 hours, by walking more then 246,00 steps in 4 days time per week, I feel great, lost 5 lbs and I feel proud
