Only half a pound over my surgery goal weight now! Exactly 3 weeks until I'm admitted :D I think I might be able to manage that half a pound in time ;) ;)

177.5 lb Lost so far: 82.5 lb. Still to go: 30.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 10.5 lb a week
