Juicing tons of raw fruits and mostly veggie every day eating a huge raw salad filled with tons of veggies.. add raw almonds and garbanzo beans for protien with balsamic vinagar and a touch of olive oile for goodness fats Brown rice with a touch of cocnut oil for fat goodness and soy sauce. Handful of walnuts dried unsweet/unsulf mangos snacky.
Will Add Salad At night next week... wanted a kick start...AND NO COFFE since Sat... wow!!

Still enjoying a big glass of wine or a couple beers each night.

Working out for 20-30 Cardio 15 %Uphill Climb @ 3.8 mph running 2 min spurts alternately 32-3 times during that time.

100 sit ups and weights for 15 min

FEEL GREAT!!!
