Good day, no morning tea or afternoon tea snacks

Long work day and registered habit over hunger a bit as was busy.

Going away for 3 days - planned food.
132.7 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
