Today I've realised very acutely that in order to stick to all of the physical activity I have planned I need to always establish a clear plan, I cannot say "Oh today I'm working out", I need to set a time slot for it and a specific type of exercise too. I am really glad that I got that gym membership a year ago, I've put it to good use and I'm going to use it even more starting today.
Today, the plan is to go to 5 different group classes, but knowing that I can stop after the third or the fourth one if it gets too much. That's a total of about 3h30 of exercising but it won't be all of the same intensity and it won't be all cardio obviously so I should be able to deal. I'm quite excited to try Zumba Burst and see if I actually find it challenging because I've always liked Zumba but always missed a little bit of challenge.
I am in a genuinely good mood today although I did eat really unhealthily yesterday. Today is another day! I am having pasta for lunch but I definitely do need that before such a long work out and I'll have lean meat and avocado after I work out. I'm already so excited about it :D
