ok as it is obvious, I fell off the wagon! It's a new year and I am back on the program. I know how to do this. I am motivated and sick of being this way so I am going to first of all, get rid of the 11 lbs. I have gained over Christmas. Then I will make that push to get under that 200 lb. barrier. I know if I log each thing I eat I will be able to stay on the plan. Here goes my lapses. I am BACK!
