I am doing a 3 day Blue Print Cleanse to jump start the New Year. On day 2 and drinking 6 nutritious juices made from kale, spinach, lemonade, cayenne, beets etc.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
