Trying to stay away from cheese, fried food, and anything with lots of sugar.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry for know it all comment, it works for me. And I got used to low calorie intake after a week or two.
