I've been sticking to my new workout routine really well, and eating pretty healthily! I can feel my muscles getting stronger with my new workouts, and I'm so excited to get stronger!
168.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
