Fell off the wagon hard!!! I really have to get serious about this journey.
I want to feel better and be healthier for myself and my family.
Praying I can stick to it this time. This makes me sad knowing how close i was to my next goal this time last year and I let it all go. Now back to where I started again.
Praying for strength and will power!!
