Just been following atkins induction. I'm craving sweets something fierce though...I had 3 pieces of sugar free candy so either that triggered a craving for junk food or I'm out of ketosis. Oh well; I'll keep following induction regardless if I'm in ketosis or not!!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Try sugar free jello with a dollop of cool whip. The jello is no carbs and all protein. Plus it feels like a dessert with the cool whip.

....or try to avoid things that trigger your cravings... for me it's fried things.. My will power triggers the ejection button when I even have a dabble of fried food, it's sad because it's the thing I miss the most.
