For 2017 I have decided to take matters in hand and lose some weight to ensure that I stay healthy as I am getting older and their is a history of hypertension and diabetes in my family.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
