What a crappy weekend, wrote down exactly what I ate, but didn't eat much due to the fact that I had a migraine on Sunday. Still need to find the time to exercise and don't know when to fit it in or what to do. I always have a hard time getting started on that aspect. I have been eating better, except breakfast this morning kind of sucked. Didn't realize that there was that much fat in a sausage burrito from McDonalds. Guess fast food is off limits for my chubby butt.
