Morning weigh in 1/11. Planning and prep for low carb meals helps. Try to make meals on Sunday for my work week. Always have salad available and a protein or low carb soup/stew.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.6 lb a week
